First is a free 20-minute fit call. If there is a fit, I send a scoped proposal within 48 hours with a clear starting point, scope, and terms.
How much does a Discovery Sprint cost?
The Discovery Sprint is a 1-2 week engagement where I map the work, rank the best opportunities, and give you a clear recommendation on where to start. Pricing depends on scope, so we cover that on the call.
What if this is not the right fit yet?
I will tell you directly. Sometimes the process needs cleanup first. Sometimes the payoff is too small. You will get a straight answer either way.
How is this different from using ChatGPT ourselves?
ChatGPT is one tool. What I build is a working process inside your existing stack, with your data, your approvals, and your team's actual operating reality.
What happens to our data during the engagement?
All client data stays within your existing infrastructure or approved enterprise-tier providers. I use AI APIs with data processing agreements in place. Your inputs are not used for model training. I sign NDAs at engagement start.
