Who needs to be involved from your side?
I typically need 45 minutes with the business owner/CEO, and 30–45 minutes with 2–3 key department heads. I handle the rest.
What happens after the Discovery Sprint?
You receive the Opportunity Report and Executive Presentation. If you choose to move forward, the Discovery fee is fully credited toward the next package.
Do you have to use ZDIT for the implementation?
No. The roadmap is yours to keep. You can build it internally, use another provider, or keep working with me.
How long does the Discovery Sprint actually take?
Typically 1–2 weeks from kickoff to final presentation. Most of that time is on my side — your team's involvement is limited to the stakeholder interviews.
