Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need the Discovery Sprint first?
I recommend it, but it is not required. If you already know exactly which one or two workflows you want to fix, we can start here.
What if the workflow requires a paid API or tool?
Third-party software licensing is billed separately or paid directly by you. I will recommend the simplest architecture that gets the job done.
What happens after the 30-day support?
You'll have full documentation to manage it internally, or you can transition to one of ZDIT's monthly retainers for ongoing support and optimization.
How much of my team's time will this take?
For the build phase, typically 1–2 hours for a kickoff session, and 30–60 minutes for user acceptance testing. Training sessions are scheduled around your team's availability.
What if the integration doesn't perform as expected after launch?
That's exactly what the 30-day support period is for. I stay engaged post-launch to tune, fix, and improve based on real usage before I consider the project closed.
