Frequently Asked Questions
I highly recommend it. However, if you already know exactly which 1–2 workflows you want to automate, I can start directly with the QuickWin Pilot.
Third-party software licensing (like Zapier, Make, or OpenAI API credits) is billed separately or paid directly by you. I optimize for the most cost-effective architecture.
You'll have full documentation to manage it internally, or you can transition to one of ZDIT's monthly retainers for ongoing support and optimization.
For the build phase, typically 1–2 hours for a kickoff session, and 30–60 minutes for user acceptance testing. Training sessions are scheduled around your team's availability.
That's exactly what the 30-day support period is for. I stay engaged post-launch to tune, fix, and improve based on real usage before I consider the project closed.
