Efficiency Booster
Compound impact across connected workflows.
This is for teams where the real problem is not one task. It is the chain of handoffs, delays, and rework between a few connected processes.
Phased Delivery
Discover
Weeks 1–2Stakeholder interviews, process mapping, opportunity scoring, roadmap lock.
Design
Weeks 3–4Solution architecture, tool selection, integration plan, security review.
Build
Weeks 5–10Iterative implementation, testing, refinement, user acceptance for each workflow.

Who It's For / Not For
Best Fit
Teams with 3-4 connected workflows where upstream delays keep creating downstream cleanup.
Not Ideal Yet
Teams still proving the first workflow. Start with Discovery or QuickWin if the path is not clear yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
How disruptive is the build phase?
I build and test alongside the current process first. We only switch once the workflow is validated and the team is ready.
Can you add more workflows later?
Absolutely. Add-on workflows priced separately.
How are the 3–4 workflows chosen?
The first two weeks (Discover phase) are dedicated to mapping your workflows and scoring each by ROI, feasibility, and implementation risk. The top 3–4 by combined score are what I build.
What does the 60-day ROI report include?
A comparison of the baseline metrics captured at kickoff against actual measurements at day 60 — time per task, volume processed, error rates, or whatever KPIs are most meaningful for each workflow.
