Zero Disruption IT, LLC (“ZDIT”) — how I collect, use, and protect your data.
I run a solo AI integration consulting practice. I take privacy seriously and keep things straightforward. This policy describes what data I collect, how I use it, and your rights.
Data I Collect
When you contact me, sign up for the newsletter, or engage my services, I may collect:
- –Name, email, company — from contact forms, intake questionnaires, and email correspondence
- –Usage analytics — via PostHog (page views, interactions, anonymized session data) to improve the site and understand how visitors use it
How I Use Your Data
- –Service delivery — to scope, deliver, and support engagements
- –Communication — to respond to inquiries and send project updates
- –Marketing — to send the Zero Disruption Brief newsletter (only if you opt in) and occasional relevant updates
Third-Party Services
I use the following services to run the business and deliver engagements. Each has its own privacy policy:
- –Supabase — database and auth for contact forms and newsletter signups
- –Stripe — payment processing for engagements
- –Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
- –PostHog — product analytics (anonymized where possible)
Data Retention & Deletion
I retain contact and engagement data as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. You have the right to:
- –Request access to your personal data
- –Request correction of inaccurate data
- –Request deletion of your data (subject to legal or contractual obligations)
- –Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email
