Privacy Policy

Zero Disruption IT, LLC (“ZDIT”) — how I collect, use, and protect your data.

I run a solo AI integration consulting practice. I take privacy seriously and keep things straightforward. This policy describes what data I collect, how I use it, and your rights.

Data I Collect

When you contact me, sign up for the newsletter, or engage my services, I may collect:

  • Name, email, company — from contact forms, intake questionnaires, and email correspondence
  • Usage analytics — via PostHog (page views, interactions, anonymized session data) to improve the site and understand how visitors use it

How I Use Your Data

  • Service delivery — to scope, deliver, and support engagements
  • Communication — to respond to inquiries and send project updates
  • Marketing — to send the Zero Disruption Brief newsletter (only if you opt in) and occasional relevant updates

Third-Party Services

I use the following services to run the business and deliver engagements. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Supabase — database and auth for contact forms and newsletter signups
  • Stripe — payment processing for engagements
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
  • PostHog — product analytics (anonymized where possible)

Data Retention & Deletion

I retain contact and engagement data as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal or contractual obligations)
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email
